When it comes to ERP applications and also CRM, SCM or document and workflow management solutions, these will have a sustainable impact on the value adding chains, on (digital) interaction with customers and suppliers, on the precision and efficiency of planning, production and logistics, and therefore on the entire competitive ability of a company.
